The program helps you develop foresight and critical thinking capabilities to better assess issues and understand their ethical implications.rnrnThe two-year program is delivered both online and hybrid (in-person and online guided learning). UCW brings together students from around the world under the physical or virtual roof to create a diverse learning environment.rnrnThe MBA program at UCW will enable you to become a confident leader who is well informed and has the ability to lead their team through any challenge. The program is offered over five termsrnrnYou can choose between MBA specializations including Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Leadership. You can also take a general MBA with electives in Human Resources, Financial Management, Digital Marketing, Leadership, Project Management, and Entrepreneurship.

For those interested in business, an MBA is the perfect option. Depending upon your availability, you can choose either online or on hybrid (in-person and online guided learning).

How long does it take to earn a master's degree?

A master's degree usually takes up to two years to complete, providing you pass each term with the required grade. What are the direct admission requirement for the MBA program?

Applicants to the MBA program may qualify for direct admission based on the following requirements:rnrnA cumulative GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.33 scale) or better in a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.rnrnANDrnrnOne of the following:rnrnA suitable score on a Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) that has been written in the last five (5) years.rnrnA relevant Canadian professional designation or equivalent international designation (e.g., CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, CHRP or P.Eng).rnrnBachelor’s degree in business or a STEM-related program from a recognized university.rnrnA minimum of three (3) years documented professional or management experience with evidence of career progression and relevant education and/or training.rnrnANDrnrnIf your first language is not English, submit an IELTS score of at least 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in the writing band) or equivalent (TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo etc.) . If your first language is English and you can demonstrate that you graduated from a recognized degree program in an English-speaking country, the English IELTS score or equivalent requirement is waived.

You will study the same curriculum and UCW faculty will ensure that you get individual attention and focus.rnrnThe online classes take an interactive approach with dynamic video content and international business case studies. After completing the degree, you will be just as equipped to handle any job responsibility as those who have studied in hybrid mode.

Am I eligible to apply for a Post Graduation Work Permit after my studies?

On hybrid (in-person and online guided learning) international students may be eligible for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) after they successfully complete their degree program and earn their degree.
