  • To provide a baseline understanding of UCW workforce representation
  • To meet mandatory reporting requirements such as the Pay Transparency Report
  • To inform ongoing institutional initiatives that promote equity and inclusion

Pay Transparency

We apply a gender-neutral job evaluation system to define the scale of a role by examining its organizational impact, analytical problem solving and complexity.

We consider various ways candidates develop expertise such as, education, years of experience and transferrable skills when determining compensation. The determined salary ranges are posted for all positions.

We are committed to taking appropriate actions to close pay gaps where they exist on the Pay Transparency report.
