Department of Arts, Communication and Social Sciences

The Department of Arts, Communications, and Social Sciences (ACSS) at UCW offers various career-focused undergraduate programs. The Bachelor of Commerce builds strong foundations in business management and strategy. The Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication integrates media, communication, and business skills. The Associate of Arts provides interdisciplinary preparation for advanced study or careers. 

Department of Quantitative Studies

The Department of Quantitative Studies offers courses in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Project Management, and a new Supply Chain specialization. With 150 experienced faculty, our programs provide quantitative skills and real-world insights, preparing students for success across diverse professional fields through applied learning and industry-relevant knowledge.

Department of Marketing, Strategy and Entrepreneurship

The MBA department of Leadership and People Management, with nearly 70 faculty members, offers core courses like Talent Management, and Leadership in Global Context. Elective courses focus on Leadership, and Human Resources areas, with new specialization in AI and ML leadership for STEM professions. Students pursuing HR electives may apply for the CPHR designation.

The Department of Marketing, Strategy & Entrepreneurship emphasizes advanced ethics, marketing, strategy and entrepreneurship, integrating Data Analytics and AI. It offers client-based courses and capstone courses in research, consulting, launching businesses and practicums, providing hands-on experience and practical skills for real-world applications.
