
Robin Teotia
Biography:
Robin Teotia has a MSc (thesis) degree in Data Science from Thomson Rivers University and comes from a pure mathematics undergraduate BSc background with Operations Research as minor from the University of Delhi, India.
Robin is a Sessional Faculty member at University Canada West teaching Business Analytics.
She believes teaching comes with a great responsibility where a mentor holds a large share of probability in shaping the future. Moreover, she gives credence to the words of Socrates, “I cannot teach anybody anything; I can only make them think.”
Expertise and Experience
Robin is a seasoned professional with more than five years of enhanced industry experience in developing, optimizing and deploying robust data science, machine learning, deep learning and business optimization/forecasting models.
Her areas of expertise include data science, business analytics, operations research, machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence.
