He holds an M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, India. At University Canada West, he instructs MBA students in Operations Management and Personal Financial Planning, emphasizing practical applications and real-world industry practices. He designs and implements engaging course content, including interactive assignments and case studies, and mentors graduate students to foster professional growth. Expertise and Experience

Ramneek has extensive experience in operations management, supply chain, project management and personal financial planning. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Operations Management and Personal Financial Planning at University Canada West, a role he has held since January 2023. In this position, he instructs MBA students, designs engaging course content, and mentors graduate students. Concurrently, since June 2021, he has served as a Senior Manager at Experior Financial Group Inc., where he conducts financial needs assessments, manages investment portfolios, and advises on insurance products. Previously, he was a Production Engineer at Cubicfarm Systems Corp. from March 2022 to December 2022, managing large-scale projects and ensuring adherence to lean manufacturing principles. Prior to that, he worked as a Project Engineer at RMW Industries Inc. from March 2021 to March 2022, focusing on preventive maintenance and production scheduling. He also held a Production Engineer role at NovaPole International Inc. from June 2019 to March 2021, analyzing and scheduling production operations and ensuring product quality. His earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Manager at CodeCore College from September 2018 to June 2019, where he maintained effective communication and optimized operating procedures.
