Dr. Min Beom Kay

Dr. Min Kay holds a PhD in Management from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He also earned a Master’s in Management Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo.

He currently teaches Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, Negotiation and Decision-Making at UCW. In addition to his role at UCW, Dr. Kay has also taught at the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
