Dr. Drew Fockler
Dr. Drew Fockler is an assistant professor at University Canada West within the Leadership and People Management division of the Master of Business Administration program. He teaches in the Organizational Behaviour and Leadership section of this degree. He completed a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Western University, a master’s degree in Education from Memorial University in Newfoundland and a bachelor’s degree in General Studies with an Arts and Science concentration.
Since 2005, Dr. Drew Fockler has provided services to clients from across Canada. He has experience working in the private and public sectors. In addition to his extensive background in both sectors, he is also a professor at Durham College, a community college in Ontario. In this role, he teaches courses on Adult Learning theories, Assessment & Evaluation and Curriculum Development online. With his teaching background of more than ten years, his students across Canada utilize the tools and resources he has provided to help grow their businesses and companies.
His areas of research and interest include career development, onboarding, business coaching and employee engagement. From tackling personal decisions to reaching important milestones, Dr. Drew Fockler is fueled by his commitment to excellence and coaches his clients on the path to success.
