Dr. Adrian Bulzacki holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University, specialising in computer vision and machine learning. His career bridges technology and business strategy with a particular focus on spatial computing and innovation. As the founder of ARB Labs Inc., he has guided the company to establish itself as a leader in casino table security and gesture recognition technology.

With over two decades of experience in technology consulting and executive leadership—including roles as President, CEO, COO and Director—Dr. Bulzacki has developed and executed strategies that drive growth in engineering and manufacturing businesses. He has secured more than a dozen international patents in areas such as machine learning, gesture recognition, and specialised casino technologies, underscoring his commitment to advancing intellectual property within the tech sector.
