Now pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at University Canada West (UCW), Bill brings a powerful story of perseverance, purpose, and passion. With a background in organizing global events like Microsoft DevCon and TEDx, launching his own IELTS Academy, and winning Uzbekistan’s President’s Tech Award, Bill has proven himself as a rising star in project management and technology innovation.
