University Canada West (UW) has started a new collaboration with Unypossible.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was recently signed between UCW President Dr. Bashir Makhoul and Dr. Ali Elwafi, CEO of Unypossible, Canadian-MENA Education Hub, at UCW’s Vancouver House Campus.
This milestone represents an important step toward building stronger ties between Canada and the MENA Region and opens the door for a range of joint initiatives in education, research, innovation and institutional capacity building, while strengthening engagement between Canada and Libya.
“Universities have a vital role to play in building bridges between societies and shaping a more connected future,” said Dr. Makhoul.
“This collaboration with Unypossible reflects our shared belief in the power of education to open new possibilities across borders. By strengthening our engagement with partners in the MENA region, including Libya, we hope to foster ideas, talent and innovation that will empower the next generation of global leaders.”
