Robbie Purewall

Rob Purewall is currently completing his Doctor of Education at the University of British Columbia where his research work focuses on supporting educators in relation to working within racially and culturally diverse classrooms within an Anti-Racism frame. Prior to this, he have completed my Master of Education in Administration and Leadership, his Bachelor of Education and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia as well. Additionally, he has completed a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and have been a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) for over 10 years. He also has been a certified professional teacher in British Columbia for over 15 years, working in K-12 schools.

He has over 10 years of leadership experience in a small organization that grew rapidly and required flexibility and adaption from within the role to support the changing environment. Within this context, he has also advised additional management members on leadership best practices and human resource related support and guidance to help the organization grow.

He operates his own Educational and Human Resource Management Consulting firm that supports other organizations to grow and develop based on their specific needs.
