Dr. Reihaneh Gaskari

Dr. Reihaneh Gaskari is a full-time Associate Professor at University Canada West (UCW), bringing over two decades of academic and industry experience. She holds a PhD in Economics, an MBA and a master’s degree in Economic Science. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for academic excellence, earning several distinctions including ranking first in her Bachelor's and Master’s programs and receiving the UCW ACE Award.

Since joining UCW in 2020, Dr. Gaskari has been actively engaged in teaching, research and curriculum development. Previously, she held key leadership roles, serving as Academic Vice President, Director of the Research Department and a full-time faculty member at IAU in Iran (1998–2019). In addition to her academic contributions, she has worked as a Business Development Officer, Marketing Researcher and Consultant at various industries.

As an accomplished researcher, Dr. Gaskari has published extensively in international journals and conference proceedings. Her research interests encompass business cycles, fiscal policy and green finance.
