Kim Wysseier is an organizational strategist and a sessional university professor with a student-centric teaching philosophy. As the Principal Strategist at her advisory firm, People Compass, she integrates insights and leadership enablement work into her teaching. Her aim is to help learners find their unique voices and apply academic concepts to real-life professional settings, preparing them to make a resonant and meaningful imprint in the world.
Kim holds a Master of Sciences (M.Sc.) in Organizational Development, for which she completed advanced coursework at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, Canada, and graduated from the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland; prior to her Master's studies, she earned her first degree from the internationally renowned University of Lausanne, in Switzerland.
