Dr. Jane Ali
Dr. Ali holds a Doctorate in Education in Leadership and Learning with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Adult Learning: Coaching and Facilitation, an MA in Educational Leadership with a minor in Adult Education and a BA in Arts Leadership.

Dr. Ali is a seasoned education professional with over 20 years of experience in special education. She has extensive partner contracts developing higher education programs and structuring compliance with regulatory bodies. She has devoted her career to working with children and adults with special needs. She has led numerous educational teams throughout the years, including career college and university degree programs. She advocates for a safe and healthy learning environment and mentors growth in her classroom.
Dr. Ali believes in the power of mentorship and is passionate about engaging adult learners in their learning community as an Authentic Transformative Servant Leader. According to her, leadership is not about a position, but rather about knowing when to follow and when to allow others to lead.
