Dr. Eleazar Anthony Noel
Dr. Noel holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Edinburg Business School, Heriot-Watt University, with a research focus on Entrepreneurship Education. He also has a Masters of Arts in Education from Liverpool John Moores University and a Masters in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management from the Australian Institute of Business. Additionally, he completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Research Methods with Heriot-Watt University and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Business.
Dr. Noel is currently teaching MBA Marketing Management and MBA Small Business Management at University Canada West. His teaching philosophy centres on inspiring and empowering students to become proactive learners, critical thinkers and future leaders in the dynamic field of business. He believes in creating an interactive and engaging classroom environment where students can explore real-world case studies, analyze current industry trends and develop innovative strategies to solve complex challenges. Through mentorship, guidance and continuous feedback, he strives to foster a supportive learning environment that nurtures students' personal growth, professional development and entrepreneurial spirit.
Expertise and Experience
Dr. Noel has worked as an adjunct lecturer at several institutions in the Caribbean, including the University of the West Indies (Open Campus), Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality Institute and YTEPP Limited, where he facilitated programmes in the area of Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Management and several other business-related fields.
He co-founded the Entrepreneur Family Credit Union Cooperative Society, where he served as Chairman (Steering Committee) for three years. Additionally, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Training and Business Development Consultant of ELE Training and Consultancy Service Limited, Vice President of the Event Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago, Business Development and Delivery Coordinator for the Caribbean Region at The Institute of Commercial Management, ICM (UK) and Head of Marketing for the Pan American Sambo Championship.
Furthermore, he founded the ‘Roots and Culture Magazine’ in 2007 and served as its Managing Director while also working with other magazines such as Beautiful Barbuda, Food and Drinks Magazines and Small Business Entrepreneur Magazines.
Publications and Scholarly Activity
Dr. Eleazar A. Noel’s research and scholarly activity explore the intersection of entrepreneurship, marketing and education, with a particular focus on the evolution of AI in marketing, branding, solopreneurship, innovation, inclusive business practices and entrepreneurship education. He has published numerous journal articles, book chapters and case studies, and is especially passionate about developing case studies, as they enable him to apply his expertise to real companies around the world. Dr. Noel actively collaborates with researchers globally and is committed to producing applied research that supports underrepresented communities and generates meaningful, real-world impact.
