A seasoned entrepreneur, Edoye holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Georgia State University. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Project Management and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Change Management Practitioner (CCMP).

At University Canada West, Edoye will be teaching Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Analysis as part of the MBA faculty.

Her teaching philosophy emphasizes the following principles: firstly, fostering a Socratic learning environment where students are encouraged to question their assumptions, promoting critical thinking and self-reflection; secondly, nurturing a culture of innovation that inspires students to challenge the status quo and embrace creative problem-solving; and finally, utilizing experiential learning and modeling to connect theory with practice, empowering students to apply their knowledge in real-world business contexts and develop crucial skills for success.

Expertise and Experience

Edoye as founded several companies with her oldest being a Project Management firm focused exclusively in the healthcare space for nearly 20 years.

Awards

Edoye has been nominated for various awards in recognition of her impact as a woman-entrepreneur in British Columbia including the YWCA Women of Distinction award for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Surrey Women in Business Award.
