
Dr. Penny Farley
Dr. Penny Farley holds a research based PhD in Leadership from Exeter University (UK). She completed her Masters Degree from the University of Hong Kong in Education, focusing on improving the written composition skills of English Language learners. In addition, she has completed two Bachelors Degrees in Education from the University of British Columbia.
Expertise and Experience
Dr. Farley has more than 30 years of experience as an educator, administrator, curriculum designer, small business owner, author, teacher trainer, life coach and mentor.
Dr. Farley has taught at Sauder Business School, the Faculty of Education at UBC, BCIT, The National Women's University in Dubai, and was the Associate Director of English Language Studies at the University of Manitoba.
She has published works for McGraw Hill and Springer.
At University Canada West and has taught courses including Mgmt 601-Leadership in the Global Context, and ORGB 601 Human Interfaces, MBAF 501, Business Writing, and MGMT 670, Intercultural Communication.
