Donna Chowdhury

Donna Chowdhury is a PhD (abd) researcher specializing in digital technology integration to improve construction productivity. She holds an MBA with a specialization in HRM and a BSC in Civil Engineering.

She is currently a sessional faculty member at UCW, where she remains committed to student success and innovative teaching strategies. She views the role of a faculty at UCW as a catalyst for women's advancement in leadership and an inspiring example for other women.

Publications and Scholarly Activity

Donna has published articles on LinkedIn covering topics such as change management and leadership. Additionally, her research contributions include conference papers and a journal-ranked A publication: ITcon 2019.

She actively explores themes in digital transformation, sustainability and HR innovations. Her ongoing research focuses on disaster management, international water-sharing policies and climate change adaptation in Bangladesh.
