DaLissa holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. She also has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, which gives her a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour and the holistic facets of wellness.

DaLissa Alzner is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in physical rehabilitation, health consulting, mentoring, teaching, and psychotherapy. She utilizes evidence-based techniques and the latest research to provide her clients with the best possible care and support. DaLissa creates a positive learning environment for all students, considering individual learning styles and course objectives. She is a passionate leader who sets an excellent example, and her philosophy is "What's easy is not always what's best." DaLissa is excited to make a positive impact on the students she teaches at UCW.
