Before completing an application, please ensure you are applying through the correct portal highlighted below.

Prepare Your Documents
Before starting your application, please ensure you have the following required documents ready:
- Proof of English Language Proficiency: Submit your TOEFL, IELTS or equivalent test scores if applicable.
- Official Transcripts and Certificates: Provide transcripts from all previous educational institutions attended regardless of completion.
- Resume: Include a current resume outlining your academic and professional experience. (for graduate applications only)
- Copy of Passport or Government ID: Provide a copy of your passport or government-issued identification.
Additional documents may be requested depending on your academic background or program of interest.

Submit Your Application
Fill out the online application form available on the UCW Application Portal.
Create your account, complete the application form and upload all required documents.

Application Review and Decision
Our admissions team will review your application and contact you if any additional information is needed. You’ll receive an official admission decision via email.
Please Note the Following
Application Email Address
- The email address listed on each application must be a secure email account that only the applicant has access to.
- Listing emails on an application where individuals other than the applicant have access to the account is not allowed.
MyUCW Student Portal Account
- When applicants receive a Letter of Offer for one of UCW’s programs, they will receive log-in credentials for the MyUCW Student Portal. In the Portal, they will receive communications, sign agreements and submit important information to UCW.
- The applicant is to be the only person who knows their MyUCW Student Portal credentials.
- It is prohibited for other individuals to logon to the MyUCW Student Portal on behalf of an applicant at any time.
