Cheryl Thomas

Cheryl Thomas is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Management and Business at University Canada West and a member of the faculty team for the Venture Builder Program, offered through UCW's Centre for Entrepreneurship and Applied Innovation. 

A Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Cheryl has founded three consulting firms: Thomas-Blaney Consulting Company, Results Performance Management Consulting and C4 Complex Change Consulting Company, where she is Founder and President. She built Results Performance Management Consulting in Canada and the UAE and grew it to $1 million in annual revenue. 

Through her consulting work, Cheryl has worked with numerous founders and companies at every stage - start-up, standardization, scaling and acquisition or exit. For many early-stage companies, she took shares rather than a fee, and she has exited three companies once they scaled. She has also guided numerous student projects in Canada and the Middle East. 

In the Venture Builder Program, Cheryl helps learners move forward with a clear action plan for the next steps in launching their business.
