Biography:

Ahmad Salman has a master’s degree from Queens University’s Smith School of Business in Management and an MBA from the prestigious Institute of Business Administration (IBA)-Karachi. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore. Salman is a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Adult Training & Development Professional from University of Toronto. 

He is currently teaching Leadership in Global Context at UCW and is passionate in bringing real life experiences and insights through activity based learning to his classroom to prepare his students for the challenges of professional life. 

Expertise and Experience 

Salman has worked in academia for the last 28 years and has also worked in the public, private and non-profit sectors in senior leadership positions. He brings cultural agility into his class rooms through his work in North America, Middle East, South Asia and Europe. He has taught extensively in graduate and executive education programs around the world.  

Salman is a board member of NUST Business School and is a mentor/consultant for several start-ups. He supports his students in career development and specializes in working with incumbents transitioning to the Canadian work environment.
