UCW Become First Canadian Partner for UC Irvine

University Canada West became the first Canadian partner institute for University of California, Irvine.

UCW undergraduate students and graduates have the option for dual credentials after completing one term at UC Irvine studying an accelerated certificate program in one of 11 different areas.

These areas include international tourism and hospitality management, design thinking and innovation, business applications of data sciences, brand management, and media and global communication.

UCW will recognize the ACP credits.

“This partnership is a great opportunity for UCW students to earn dual credentials with UC Irvine,” said UCW President and Vice-Chancellor Brock Dykeman. “

“UCW is honoured to become the first Canadian partner for the university and we look forward to working together.”

Brock and GUS Canada CEO Cyndi McLeod attended the signing at the campus in California.

The University of California, Irvine, is a public research university located in Irvine, California. It is one of the 10 campuses in the University of California system.
