Biography:

Kimberly Tholl is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Royal Roads University, where her research focus is supply chain resilience. She has a Master of Applied Science in Management Sciences and Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. She is certified as a Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) by ASCM and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI.

Expertise and Experience

Kimberly is a supply chain expert with over 15 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor relationship management. She has led cross-functional teams, built supplier relationships across cultures and continents, and managed multimillion dollar contracts in different industries.

Kimberly has held various leadership positions such as supply chain director, procurement director and advisor. She has implemented strategic initiatives, ensured best practices, maintained compliance, and realized millions of dollars in cost savings. As a passionate educator, she has instructed undergraduate and graduate-level students in project management, operations management, procurement, and created course curriculum for several supply chain management courses. Kimberly also employed her subject matter expertise to author a textbook and exam bank, highlighting her dedication to nurturing the next generation of industry professionals.
