
Harjot Jodi Rai
Harjot Rai holds a Master of Leadership and a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Industrial Relations Management. In addition, she has certifications in Emotional Intelligence, DISC, Industrial Design, Facilitating Dialogue, Coaching and Mental Health First Aid. Harjot is currently working towards a Collaborative Conflict Resolution certification and has been a Certified Professional HR for over 20 years.
At UCW Harjot teaches Talent Management. and takes a “wisdom is within” teaching philosophy. This philosophy includes the hope that folks join the learning community facilitated by Harjot embodying the following ways of being:

Harjot Rai has 25 years of experience as a manager, consultant, instructor and entrepreneur with expertise in the disciplines of human resources management, organizational behaviour, organizational culture, leadership and change management. Harjot has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, elevating executives, supervisors and team members through delivering keynotes and training programs.
