
Fiorella Navarro
Fiorella Navarro has a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication from the Rome Business School in Rome, Italy, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from the University of San Martín de Porres. She is also a member of the Marketing Club of Navarra in Spain, and the Europe Foro fostering cross-border dialogue on marketing trends and innovation.
Fiorella currently teaches communications and social sciences courses in UCW’s undergraduate programs, including the Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication, Bachelor of Commerce and Associate of Arts degree programs.

Fiorella has over 18 years of professional experience across communication, marketing, sales, and customer service in Europe, North America, and South America. Her career spans leadership roles in marketing strategy, business development, and curriculum design, providing her with a global perspective that enriches her teaching. Passionate about Sociology, Fiorella is pursuing an Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity certificate at the University of British Columbia and is currently working on publishing her first book. Her commitment to fostering equitable and transformative learning environments is driven by her vision to inspire the next generation of Canadian leaders.
She is conducting interdisciplinary research on Shaping Generational Wounds, integrating self-reflection and mindfulness activities into her pedagogy to foster personal growth and healing among students.
Fiorella is Co-Author of In Her Words - An interdisciplinary perspective shaping generational wounds.
This research explores, through the lenses of sociology, psychology and anthropology, how inherited trauma manifests and examines the potential of reconnecting with the maternal line as a pathway to foster emotional healing. It is scheduled to be published in May 2025.
