Biography:

Dr. Samuel Li is a PhD candidate in Management Sciences at the University of Waterloo (2021). He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management (2000), a MASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Computer Sciences from Hangzhou Dianzi University.

Dr. Li has been a visiting professor for Zhejiang University of Technology and Hangzhou Dianzi University, School of Computer Engineering in China. He taught as a sessional professor both at the University of Toronto and University of Waterloo in Canada.

Dr. Li speaks English, Chinese, and Japanese.
