Dr. Peilin Li holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Physical and Theoretical Chemistry from the University of Oxford, a Master of Research degree in Green Chemistry from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Nanjing University. Dr. Li’s professional trajectory encompasses a pivotal role as a Underwriting Manager - Commercial Loan at the world’s foremost policy bank since 2016 and a licensed mortgage broker at British Columbia, signifying his substantial experience and intricate understanding of financial analysis, client services and risk management.

Dr. Li has accumulated over seven years of dedicated service as an Underwriting Manager. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in facilitating the funding for large-scale infrastructure projects with a cumulative value in the billions. These projects encompassed a diverse range of sectors, including senior communities, hospitals, rural tourism initiatives and land transactions across the nation.
Dr. Li provided comprehensive training for government officials and bank personnel on credit policies related to infrastructure financing and post-financing management. He also educates his clients with up-to-date market trends and policies on a regular basis.
