Dr. Shweta Jaiswal Thakur completed the Fellowship Program in Management from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Silver Medalist) from the Balaji Institute of Management & Human Resource Development in Pune, a Master's in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Pune University and a bachelor's degree in commerce (Gold Medalist) from Sunbeam College for Women in Varanasi, UP.

Dr. Shweta Jaiswal Thakur also holds a CPHR (Certified Professional in Human Resources) certification – BC and Yukon. She has attended an AON Certified HR Analytics Professional Course as well as a 2016 Case Method and Research Workshop led by Professor Revesz (Hungary) and Professor Sorenson (Denmark)

As an Assistant Professor at NTPC School of Business, Dr. Shweta Jaiswal Thakur established the Executive Development department, crafting and delivering transformative learning programs for executives in subjects like HRM, Talent Management, Leadership and Organizational Behaviour. In addition, she contributed to research on HR analytics, Organizational Performance and more, highlighting her commitment to continuous knowledge dissemination.

Throughout her career, Dr. Shweta Jaiswal Thakur undertook visiting faculty assignments, teaching and evaluating full credit courses and collaborating with ValuEndow Consulting as a Knowledge Partner for Employee Well-being. She also made significant contributions to case study development for consulting firms, adding depth to assessment centres and HR Analytics training.

During her tenure at Aon Hewitt, Gurgaon/Noida, she played a crucial role as an HR Connect Consultant, fostering operational excellence and driving impactful training sessions. With a strong commitment to HR analytics and employee engagement, Dr. Shweta Jaiswal Thakur contributed significantly to strategic decision-making.
