He holds a PhD in Strategy Management from Université de Bordeaux & IMI, a PhD in Design Studies in HCI from Tehran University, an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Tehran and an MSc in Design Studies (UX/UI) from Tehran University. In addition, Dr. Babaei has pursued post-graduate studies in information systems and analytics at the University of Toronto.
