Fear is one of our fundamental emotions. On one hand fear can play a positive role, warning us, protecting us and helping us stay on the right track. But fear can also be crippling, affecting our physical, mental and emotional well-being in many ways. Simple heartfulness techniques will be introduced in the session that progressively remove the root cause of fear and compliment the meditation practice which helps infuse courage and confidence. Guided relaxation and meditation will be offered as part of the session.
