Nicole Beauregard holds an MSc in Research Methods from Kings College, University of London and a BSc in Dietetics and Nutrition from Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh.

She is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Nicole teaches Global Leadership at UCW. She uses interactive behavioural techniques that encourage students to critically evaluate leadership strategies and acquire the skills to progress and develop further. Nicole delivers knowledge to learners in a reflective and practical manner, adapting teaching methods to ensure each student's success.

Expertise and Experience

Nicole is the Owner and Principal Consultant at Think Agile Leadership, where she develops and delivers leadership training programs for executives, leaders and organizations. She has over 25 years of educational experience in academic institutions, professional organizations and as a leadership consultant.

She currently works as a Fractional Executive Leader in People and Culture at a Global Organization providing people leadership strategy, training and coaching. Her passion lies in assisting individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve their best selves.

Nicole has worked in educational institutions across North America and Europe as a tutor, sessional faculty member, mentor and supervisor. She believes in lifelong learning and is a doctoral leadership candidate with special interests in Organizational Culture, Followership and Group Dynamics.
