Aida Esmaeilidouki

Biography:

Aida Esmaeilidouki has a MASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and an MSc and a BSc in Industrial Engineering. She also has a diploma in Operational Research from the Canadian Operational Research Society (CORS).

Aida currently teaches Operations Management at University Canada West.

Expertise and Experience

Aida’s experience as a teacher assistant and lab instructor taught her to tailor her teaching style to her students' needs to promote personal growth and academic achievement.

She is currently a research assistant at Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria, working with Dr. Adel Guitouni investigating a multi-objective location-transportation problem for disaster response in Canada's Arctic region.

Aida previously worked as a research assistant with the Management Department and the School of Engineering at the University of British Columbia

She also tutors with SuperPROF providing virtual instruction for engineering courses such as mathematical modeling, and has worked as a teacher assistant in project management at UBC.
