- Cheque (payable to University Canada West)
- Money order (payable to University Canada West)

Payment Policy
University Canada West allows students to participate in an incentive program and enjoy discounts on tuition if fees are paid in advance.
Undergraduate Level courses
Receive a 5% discount (if paying by cash or cheque), or a 3% discount (if paying by credit card) when twelve or more undergraduate level courses are paid for in advance.
Graduate Level courses
Receive a 5% discount (if paying by cash or cheque), or a 3% discount (if paying by credit card) when eight or more graduate level courses are paid for in advance.
Tuition Refund Policy
Written notification is required for all cancellations, withdrawals, and dismissals. Refunds will be based on the receipt date of written notification (in the form of a signed letter and passport verification).
Before courses begin: Students who withdraw prior to the start of their program or course(s) will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid, except for the non-refundable application fee.
After courses begin: Students who withdraw from courses during the first week of study will receive a 100% refund of their tuition fees, except for the non-refundable application fee, and any other non-refundable fees as identified on the student’s fees schedule.
Students withdrawing from courses after the first week of the official course start date will receive no refund of tuition fees if the course has already commenced. Students may receive a refund (less the above-mentioned non-refundable fees) if the student withdraws from a class that has not yet commenced, and in which the student is registered.
